Our timber is cut to order, so every project is a little different. Here you’ll find answers to common questions about our process, products, and how to get started.
What is the lead time on my order?
Please keep in mind that we are a small family mill. We operate on a first in first serve basis. It will also depend on the logs we have available, weather limitations and complexity of the order. Smaller orders may be ready within a couple of weeks, while larger or specialty cuts can take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeframe when we discuss your order.
Do you deliver, or is it pick-up only?
We can arrange delivery in many cases, depending on order size and location. Pick-up from the mill is also available.
What types of timber do you work with?
We are purely a narrow-leaf ironbark mill.
Can I order online?
Not at this stage. Because every order is custom, we prefer to talk through your needs directly to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.
Can you help me work out what timber I need for my project?
Absolutely. We’re always happy to talk through your plans and recommend the best timber for the job.
Do you also sell offcuts or smaller pieces?
Yes, we often have offcuts or smaller cuts available as well as sawdust which is great for DIY projects. Give us a call to check what’s in stock.
